Aim:
This course aims to give delegates an understanding of the LOLER Regulations with regard to Lifting equipment in every day use in workplaces - Factories, Shops, Offices, Construction Sites, Hospitals, Farms, Warehouses and wherever lifting equipment is used.
Course Content:
At the end of the course each delegate should be able to:
- State to whom the regulations apply
- State the equipment to which LOLER applies
- Conduct a risk assessment of Lifting Operations
- Introduce control measures to enable compliance with the LOLER Regulations
- Keep the statutory required records
- State the thorough examination and inspection requirements of the LOLER Regulations
